Lovely hotel, staff were generally very nice and helpful; however it is a bit dated and the air con could do with upgrading. Did notice the owner frequently micromanaging and barking orders at the staff which did bring the atmosphere down at times. The pool is amazing and the breakfast is great. Get some cocktails by the pool if you go, it was the best part! The restaurant dinner was not value for money. And is a 15 minute taxi from anything else in Syracuse.
Beautiful Hotel in Syracuse. Location is a 10min drive from the historical city center, and located in a beautiful park. An oasis with tranquility. Pool is nice & has a good size, service is very nice, kitchen is fresh, breakfast is healthy and multifaceted.
If you like a cool beer try the big bottle Ulysees with 0,75l!
For your car there is parking , secure inside the hotel area. We will sure come back.
Only thing to improve: make sure that the air conditioning is working properly in every room - we addressed this two times at the reception but still had problems in our room.
Great hotel in Syracuse, 5 km from the center/old town, far enough to be away from the noise. Great garden and swimming pool area, perfect to relax surrounded by nature. Great staff, very good breakfast. Only down side are slightly dated rooms in terms of decor, but overall they're very comfortable.

Gorgeous estate with wonderful staff. The people within are the heart and soul of the culture and every inch of the estate is packed with prestige. The rooms are very generous as are the bathrooms. The restaurant at the location is one of the best in Syracuse, absolutely delicious. The breakfast is fantastic as are the attendees. Walk the grounds as well!
My only mistake was not allowing enough time to return to say goodbye for a wonderful experience.
Well located with the Greek Theatre and historic and cultural island of Ortigia both within 5-10 minutes drive. Excellent restaurants in Ortigia close to the Duomo Piazza including Regina Lucia on the Piazza Duomo and Retro Ristaurante …

We really appreciated the hospitality the staff showed! Making sure we had everything we wanted. And let’s not forget about Otello (the rooster) 😍 he will accompany you while relaxing by the pool or when having breakfast.
We had an amazing and very pleasant stay in the garden! Tha Villa is nice and old, very nicely modernized With spacious areas indoor and outside by the pool and in the garden.
The room was very big and cleaned every day.

And Otello (the rooster) will accompany you while relaxing by the pool or when having breakfast. It makes you feel like in the countryside in busy and beautiful Siracusa and Ortigia.
